而以調班方式扣薪，員工只能領1萬多元，對此，康舒主管表示，公司並沒有放無薪假，主

康舒表示，今年來因季節性標案及工程，營運會有淡旺季差異，在淡季時，公司確實
會針對員工進行調班，若員工已沒有特休假，公司會先給假，不會扣薪，因此，員工的基
本薪資與福利都不會受影響，除了員工因私事請假才會扣薪資，只要是公司進行調整而缺
假，不會扣薪。
